Hello,i cant manage to locate the Ask A question button to place on my site.Secondly after a question is asked,there is no button for reply either for new visitor who has not register prompting him to reply,how can you assist me please?thanks

In your case, you need to configure the permission of the plugin to allow the anonymous submit a question, answer, and comment. You can go to the Dashboard > Questions > Settings > Permission tab.
