DW questions and answer plugin private question

Hi, I tried to disable the option and not allow members to post private questions but even after saving the changes there is an option to put private questions.
How to fix it and the plugin has been updated 2 years ago are you still supporting it?
Atleast solve this basic query

Please send me the username & password of your site for further checking. I have checked on our localhost and see that this option working fine.
