In the question page, the side bar seems to be missing. The theme installed allows the use of dual sidebar (one on the left and one one the right).
Example shown below with sidebar:

But when I go into individual questions, the sidebars are missing, do you know how I can add them back in?

Yes, I have some mistake in the PHP code in the functions.php file of your site. Thanks Dominic, can you tell me what you did? I’m worry that once I update the theme, the codes that you did would get erased.
Don’t worry about the next update of the plugin. All the customized, I have added to your child theme. I have created a new folder for the Q&A and edit the single-question.php file. Also, I have added the code to your functions.php file for the 2 sidebar position.
