WSocial share counters on DW Focus not working

As the title indicates the counters for the social share function is not working on my site. Even though I (or anyone else) shares a post the counter does not flip from zero. What could be wrong? have a look at thepublicity.se, all posts have been shared multiple times.

Hello Mrgreen !

We have fixed these bugs, except for the Twitter sharing, and updated DW Focus theme. You can redownload the latest version in your profile. The twitter sharing will be updated later on.

How do i best install that version without having to replace all the widgets, categories, posts etc?
