When I try and install the required plugins or install the demo content I get a blank page with “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” on it. I cannot get the site setup because of this. Please help. I purchase the DW Store theme through Creative Market on May 15th order id#76001382. Can you help me get a license code?

You can get the key from the profile now. Also, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking. I will help you install the theme.
