Sticky Posts

To select posts with the “sticky”. you can log in to Dashboard > Posts > choose “Quick Edit”

I meant how to make a post sticky to the top of a specific category, not the front page. There is a plugin for this, but was just wondering if there was an option to do this in the theme.

You can use plugin to do it.
