samfulzeleI have enabled all the necessary options given, but still there’s no solution. Every time somebody answers or comments the question author does not receive any notification. This is a very important part of discussion forum. Please fix it.

DominicFirstly, you need to check your site and sure your site used the SMTP or another plugin to allow send the email.
We have used wp_email – this is a default WordPress code – in order to apply for our own product and of course, it is working well with other Email WordPress plugins as well as mandrill and SMTP. By the way, we are using mandrill on our DesignWall.
