How to put in bold the title question that appear on the page, like in this forum?
Besides that like to appear just the box : Ask Question like in your page? When I add the widget appears the the ask form .

If you want to create ask question button look like our site, you can log in to Dashboard > widget then add the TEXT widget to your sidebar and copy/paste the following code to the Text widget:
