Top menu links not working

Hi,
I’m editing my Top Menu via Appearance/Menus but a # is added into the URL braking the link.
So, for example, trying to add the activity stream page called “activity” the link is http://start.keepod.org/#activity instead of http://start.keepod.org/activity
I’m using DW One Page and The Questions and Answers Plugin.
Active now on http://start.keepod.org/ so you can see

To resolve this issue, you can add the “page” word to the title attribute section.
