Purchased DW Focus yesterday, doesn't work

Hi,
I purchased DW Focus yesterday but after installation, it doesn’t work. I am unable to customize anything on the site, because the customize page is completely blank, and it won’t let us click on any of the settings at all.

Can you please resolve this ASAP please, because it’s frustrating, to say the least.

If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your hosting (via private answer), I will help you install theme.
