Hello, I’m trying to translate DW Q&A pro with loco as explained on your website. Unfortunately it does not work. I went in Loco’s settings and selected Q&A pro. I synchronized, then translated the few words that weren’t translated yet and saved, but it doesn not work. 
I need the “Filter by – All- Resolved, …” to be translated to French, it is translated in loco but not on my page. What’s wrong ?

Have you tried to select your language in the General Setting? 
If you still face their issue, you can send me the username & password of your site for further checking.
