I think our problem is the same, the picto is “?” when an editor answered, you can see what I mean here :

In the permissions therefore, editor and administrator have the same rights. Can you tell us what is the problem ? I cannot give you username and password, and we use the pro plugin.

I have tested the pro version on our localhost and see that the plugin works fine. Let me know the plugin version that you are using.
