Can I use dw-shortcodes-bootstrap on my commercial theme ?

I am developing a commercial theme. I find your plugin http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ as a nice work of art and code. Can I use it on my commercial theme (which may be sold at themeforest) ? I want to use the code inside my theme, or as a separate plugin ( but adding some of my own shortcodes ). Of course I’ll give proper credits.

Also, if the answer is no, can I use it on a MIT licensed free theme ?

I believe a proper use of our plugin would make a good credit for us. Our plugins are under WordPress License, as they are free, yes you can use our plugin for your project.
