Users are not able to see an upload image or youtube video and the user is labeled as staff when posting.

Regarding the “Upload Media” button, this function is directly related to security of the site, therefore only users who are granted enough permission (such as admin) can see and use as well the “Upload Media” button. We are considering to complete this function for different user roles. Stay tuned and will let you know once done, my friend 🙂
