Is it possible to add the "live search" questions in ask question form into the shortcode too?

I am missing the pretty and useful add question live search for title function in the shortcode [ dwqa-submit-question-form ].
 
Is it possible to add this feature?

Btw somehow the shortcode doen’t work for logged out members? There is no login or register field appearing?
