Wallpress theme problem

Hi,
I like to use wallpress on my website, i install it with all required plugin, but the home page shows all post content! can i forgot some thing during installation.
can some one help me fix it.

i mean that home page show the hole posts contents, i like to have the same layout as demo! is there any solution?

you need to install “auto excerpt plugin” for resolving this issue else set “read more” tag from post editor for each post

Hello Kanzari !
On my homepage, we used a “More” tag to shorten a post on the homepage and have a “read more” link. When add a new content, in the content frame please put the cursor in anywhere you would like , and click on “More” button. Please take a view below:

Hi,
So for this issue i just modified in themes files so i use now use excerpt and no the content, alsow i changed some other files in theme, may i do it?

Hi Kanzari !
I think you should not directly modify file in the theme, you can work with child theme.
