magali hardanWe bought the DW Focus desing and it works perfectly, however I just added the DW Card plugin, and uploaded an image to it so that it acts like a banner, but that image is not responsive on mobile sites. Can you please advise how to fix it. Thank you!
DominicUnfortunately, Our DW Popup Card plugin does not support responsive on mobile.

magali hardanThank you Dominic for your reply, but are you sure their isn’t any turn around to this problem. The thing is that we have a client that booked this popup card on our website, thinking that it is responsive. I would really appreciate if your support team can reconsider this issue.
I totally understand what you wish. However, unfortunately, our technical team now start developing new projects now, so that it’s difficult to meet your request. We aren’t sure that we will make the plugin fully responsive right now. Regarding your custom word, really sorry when we don’t help you yet now.
