What are different image size in DW Focus?

Hello Mike !

If you want  to accomplish same look like in the demo version of the DW Focus, you should use the image size 500 x 400 for your site content .

Where should I insert this image?? I inserted the 500 x 400 image as a featured image but when I open the post, the image size is expanded automatically to 770×615

is there any demo that shows how to use images in dw-focus

You can  log in Dashboard > Setting > Media, here you can set the image size.

Hi Mike,
We mostly use the size 500×400 for all the article images. The system will automatically resize and get the smaller images for the website. To be specific:

– 500×400 images are used for:

• Widgets:

1. News Slider
2. Featured Image
3. Single post và Featured Image

• First article of Category Archive

– 230×130 are used for:

• Widgets:

1. Recent news, Featured News, Popular News (If you select Medium size images)
2. Category (3 cols)
3. News Carousel

• Articles on  Archive page

– 110×110 are used for:

• Widgets:

1. Recent news, Featured News, Popular News (If you select Thumbnail image size)
2. Category (1 col)

When I used 500×400, the text is displayed in the middle or above in slider. This image size doesnt work for me…Can you please tell me what image size should I configure under settings panel of wordpress?
