shae101sI LOVE it!! So neat and clean! I agree with nameslave, it would be nice that those of us who have been here from a long time get some grandfather benefits of some kind. While it’s great to want to do strictly membership, this may not be feasible for everyone, so if there are options to help keep those not in favor of membership themes and plugins that would be great!!

Moving forward to membership is really a tricky decision and it involves lots of considerations, especially benefits for current users. I totally understand all the concern you guys have. It’s reasonable and understandable thinking about it.
We don’t have the final answer yet but we will do our best to keep it fair to everyone.

Hey @jin talk bout bugs and i just found one ,watch out the leader board on the home page i think the max no. of people allowed over there are 5 but when i see now it is repeating my name over there at the very last i think the problem can only be seen by first 5 members of the leader board as the name repeated at the last is from the members only or of the member of the leader board itself check out

I think the dwqa plugin has also lost the buddypress sink cos its not updating any of the comments or answers in the activity ever since designwall made the switch

The staff is aware of what you said and since we did not make it for the release of version 1.2.8. We will include bug fixes in version 1.2.9 which will be released early next week 🙂

Like the new look, and nice to know that DW is finally moving towards membership. But I’m even more curious about how existing customers like me who have bought one or more of your themes will be crossing over. I myself paid for 2 (incl. 1 at Creative Market). Honestly, as early adopters of DW themes, should we expect some “grandfather” benefits?

I like the new look too. But Nameslave, where did you see that “membership” will be available…I haven’t found that information on the new site neither on this one. Do you know how much it will be?

I just got a hint from the new design. Near the bottom of the page (section in green, just above the footer), it reads “Get access to our Products for as low as $49 // Become a member and download our entire collection”.
I LOVE DW’s design (esp. the original DW Focus 1.0 with separators in the header), and hope they would reward accordingly those who were willing to pay premium during their start-up days. 😉
