I know this is in the Handle.php file in the plugin folder. Do I change it there?

At the moment, you can change this text in the Handle.php file or use the Loco translate plugin to change it.

What happens when the plugin is updated, will I have to change it again? Thanks!

In this case, you should use the Loco translate plugin to change this text. It will safe after an update the plugin.
