Where is License Key

I am trying to build my site but it is not in full mode and seems to require a License Key which I cannot find. Where is it? Can you send to me?

I have a purcase code from Evanto but that doesn’t work. That code is:
ce100601-b985-45ba-a1a6-f27ac7bd1988

Please help me get past this step as I am on a bit of a deadline here.
