Why are pictures not showing in dw-focus installed demo content

After performing step 2 of the recommended installation of the dw-Focus theme none of the pictures appear. All I see is gray squares with picture size numbers.
What am I missing?

At the moment, we just provide the placeholder image for the demo, you can not install and get all the image look like our demo. You need to change the content and image.
