Why does Wordfence flag the Q&A as a security risk? And, why DWQA instead of QA?

I’m using the free version to see if it works with my membership platform (BuddyBoss) and all seemed okay until I installed Wordfence.
I got a notice that WordPress pulled the plugin because of security issues.  (DW Q&A)
Is there still a security risk?
Also, my members aren’t going to know what the DW is.  Why does everything default to DW?  Why not just Q&A?   How do I remember your default settings to hide DW?
