Why in the content there are some random blue highlighted words which links to other site?

Have anyone experienced a site with some random words being highlighted and when you click on them, it will lead you to another site? Is this a browser setting problem or is the computer being affected by viruses? Or, is it some special setting in WordPress site? If anyone can share their experience in solving this problem. Thanks
