why these alot of users are registering my mebsite?

i see many users are registering the website, the only thing i doubted is they dont know the content language of the website
so i thought they are not ussual users.
does that affect my website? are they hackers?

I have checked the problem you mentioned above. Your WordPress site is tasty morsels for spammers and of course, we recommend that you should use Captcha plugin to keep spammers from registering.

can spammers do registration to affect my site.

please look my website side bar http://www.iweydii.com there is login/register form that dont have capcha how can use capcha, only posting/answering question has capcha.
