We recently upgraded to WP 3.9 and I discovered the widget won’t accept a second embedded widget. This seems to affect all widgets where you drag and drop a widget within a widget. The only error message I get is
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.

Hi Barrie,
At this moment, the DW Focus isn’t yet already to be compatible with the latest WordPress 3.9. The WordPress latest release has included lots of changes , so it’s taking some time and we are hard at work to release the update version which is compatible with latest WordPress 3.9 in next week. Please stay tuned. We will have an announcement once done.
Thanks for your patience, my friend 🙂

I am having the same problem. I installed WP 3.9.1 today and then downloaded and activated the DW Focus update. I won't drop widgets into the DW Accordion widget — not in Customized Widgets area nor the regular Widgets area.

I have checked our demo and DW Focus: Accordion still work fine.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site for further checking (via private answer).

I deactivated ALL plugins. It still doesn’t allow widgets to be dropped on the Accordion Plugin. I can not give you access to the site. Can you give me other suggestions?

I finally got it to work. I figured out that I can drag a fresh widget directly to the Accordion widget but not drag a widget that was first dragged into the Accordion’s parent panel. Hope that makes sense.
