WP Theme DW Helpdesk breaks entire website

After activating the theme got:
Fatal error: Can’t use function return value in write context in /var/www/***.wiki/data/www/***.wiki/wp-content/themes/dw-helpdesk/inc/customizer.php on line 475

And website have fallen down. No admin interface. No frontend. Nothing.

I have checked on our demo and see that it still working fine, you can send me username & password of your site further checking. we will check and help you resolve it now.
