How do I edit the footer text?

I want to change the Copyright © 2013 by DW Argo. Proudly powered by WordPress. Theme by DesignWall to something else. Which file do I edit? Or do I do this in functions.php?

To resolve this problem you can open the functions.php file / line 124 -> 128.
