Can we use the notification plugin to send notification to specific user?

At the moment, the plugin does not support to send notification to specific user.

@Dominic I am not receiving email notification for comments and answers. I used SMTP also.

Which plugin are you using? Please send me username & password of your site and FTP account for further checking.
