Just Purchased - There has been a critical error on your website

Hi everybody,

I just purchase DW Question Pro script from Codecanyon and installed on my web-site. I use it with Newspaper theme, WP 5.3.1 and everything is okay but when I try to see question, the page is looking bad and also “There has been a critical error on your website” on bottom of page.
Therefore it’s not possible to send answer or read question due to page is looking terrible. You could see error as below hope I can find solution. I’m in contact with hosting company also at the same time.

I got your account from the email. However, we need to check with the FTP account. Please send me your FTP and we will check it.
