tiago piriquitoi’ve bought the theme, i’ve installed the theme folder and also with quickstart. but nothing is working. I need the appearance menu and everything working. i’m not a pro and that’s why we want themes for wordpress…this is not for developers. I have 700 posts and 3 years of websites, and never saw nothing like this!! why so complicated?? WTF? a new database?…so please zip file ready to install throught wordpress system. This is not written on product page so i want this solved ASAP.

For each theme we support 2 zip file: theme and quickstart. If you already have a website with data, please use Theme file to install. You can check out our user guide here: http://cmspioneer.com/designwall/guide/install-theme-manually/

tiago piriquitonothing happen…i still don’t have the complete customize panel…i did everything as said in the guide…but i need the theme working with all the functionalities as described on product page.

As we have mentioned before, please provide us your site URL and admin account, we will help you to setup the theme.
Normally when you install the Quickstart package, you will have a site exact like out demo site with demo content.
