If you want to allow all visitors to upload images, you can log in to Dashboard > Q&A > Setting > Permission.

DominicSorry for my mistake in the first answer. The function ” edit/insert image” in the front-page has already appeared only WordPress 3.8. However, in WordPress version 3.9, this function is not fully compatible yet with the DWQA plugin and we therefore decided disable it to ensure the security for the plugin and the site as well.
You want to attach the image, you can go to http://imgur.com/ to upload the image, then send the image link to us.

You can select the image from your computer and upload into Images section, then open the image, copy link in the Link (email & IM) to share in the comment or answer.
