Instagram stopped working. No Version 1.1.2 via themeforest.net

Hi,
I switched my Instagram account and the plugin on the social wall suddenly stopped working. Allen from your support chat told me, I need to upgrade to DW Fixel 1.1.2, but themeforest.net just provides me with version 1.0.7. Could you please help? Thank you!

At the moment, we only provide the latest version on the designwall.com. Also, According to the new license scheme, we apply the limit 1 year to update and technical support which is quite common across WP theme clubs now. In your case, What is your purchase date? If you want I can help you convert your purchase into your designwall account.

ah, I thought support meant support, not updates. I purchased Fixel 03.03.2015 on themeforest. If it is possible to convert my purchase to designwall, that would be sweet.

I have checked your case and your license expires in the 03.03.2016.
In your case, I would like to make an exception that I will enable the update access so that you can upgrade your theme to our latest version for free, no extra cost for this. And you can use this version for lifetime.
However, if you wish to get future updates or technical questions access, a renewal fee $34.3 will be applied then.

Happy to pay for the upgrade, but I have 1.1.4 with a child theme and neither the parent or the child theme (or your own preview on themeforest with 1.1.3) seem to have the Instagram block working. Is this product still supported? I have a giant blank space on my homepage and would like to get this fixed asap. If it’s not available any longer, can you at least let me know how to fix this white space?

I have checked and see that the DW Fixel does not compatible with the latest version of WP. I sent and notified to our technical team about this issue. We will check and update it and will release the latest version as soon as possible.
