Missing Content, Customised Features and Widget Option

DW Page Theme Missing Content, Customised Features and Widget Option

I recently purchased the DW Page Metro theme, and I have followed the instructions to the core however I seem to be missing content, codes and pages from my wordpress.

I even tried uploading the quick start folder to my server on dreamhost.com and it wouldn’t accept the folder as it was too large.

I did the manual installation and I cannot see the theme options tab to customise my pages. I even do: Appearance > theme > Customize > however the only options I get is site tagline, navigation and static front page. Even my widgets option from the tab has disappeared.

I have looked at all of your YouTube videos yet it still doesn’t work.
Help?
