Access to admin is blocked

Hi, suddenly the access to ADMIN / THEMES / is blocked. By clicking to access the menu I have no access.
What happened? Od what is my mistake?

You can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking. Also, you can upload your image into http://imgur.com/, then send me your image link.
