Ad space and DW Focus questions

I know how to add the adds to the home content, sidebars, as well as the header. However Im wondering if there is a way to do the following:

I want to place a 770×80 logo at the top of home content so its right bellow the under navigation area when looking at the site.

However if someone clicks on a category section the Ad does not show up. Is there a way to make ad’s in the Home content area show up elsewhere?

or is it only Ad’s in the header and sidebar’s that show up?

We are willing to support you for the basic theme issues and bug fixes. We do provide support for small customizations but unfortunately this request is beyond that. Currently, our theme does not support the ads banners 770×80 on the positions as you wish. Our ads banners are placed on the header, sidebar of the home page.
