add avatar image for anonymous people

Hi, want add to question_submit_form avatar uploader for anonymous to show they avatars.
Is it possible? I ckecked all answers and nothing find about this.

At the moment, our plugin does not support to display avatar image for the anonymous user. We will discuss about it.
