All Permalink don't work after update to version 1.3 (old post still remain permalink)

After update to version 1.3. Allthought old questions still remain permalink but new questions posted’s permalink don’t work. And all permalink for categories don’t work also. Please help

To resolve this issue, you can log in to Dashboard > Settings > Permalink, then try change permalink to Post name.
If you still face there issue, you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking.

i must set the custome structure of permalink to /%category%/%postname%.html
and can’t change because it will affect some plugins…you know…, but it’s strange that i come back to version 1.2.6, all permalink for DW question Answer work again!!!. Could you guess what is the issue here?

OK i try to set permalink back to Post name then change back again to my structure (/%category%/%postname%.html), unbelieable it work again!. But permalink strill not work for question category…the same problem with Eric Gu here: http://cmspioneer.com/designwall/question/permalink-for-single-category-and-single-tag-dont-work/.
