No Questions received after Question form is submitted.

Questions do not appear in the the dashboard “Questions section” after the Question Form is submitted.
Also there is no successful confirmation provided to the question submitter about the question being submitted successfully.

I have the same problem.
Questions and answers will not be saved if submitted via the frontend.

Hi @dushy
We have checked your site and see that the DW Q&A conflicting with the River Rafting form plugin. At the moment, you should disable this plugin.

you got my ftp login via envato purchase request and the problem seems to be fixed by you.
Can you give me the solution for this issue? Maybe i plan to use the plugin on other website, so if there this problem still exist i can fix by myself.

We have checked and disabled the DW Q&A plugin then enable it.
