Answer Box Not Working

ı cannot type in the answer box, I cannot answer the question. Any ideas on what I have done wrong? Thanks

Hi,
Have you tried deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
Also, you can send me username & password of your site (via private answer) for further checking.
