How do i link a page directly to a external website instead of the textpage

Hi,
 
I am currently building up the DW-Fixel theme and i wonder how i can link a page (witch is on the home-wall) directly to onther website when clicking on its featured image instead of the normal content-page. I want customers to be able to visit an external page directy from my home-wall.
 
Also i would like to know if its possible to link a page on the HOME-wall to a page anywhere else on the website.
