Answers not being displayed

Hello,
on my site when I click on a questions listed on this list of questions page to view the answers I’m directed a black blank page.  Here a link to the list of questions page: https://ieltsdoha.com/dwqa-questions/

I’ve noticed that when I’m logged into my site I’m able to view the answers.  Is it possible for those who haven’t registered on my site (nor do they want to) still view the answers to the listed questions; again without having to become a member to do so.
