Blank Page when sub,itting a question after activating Google reCaptcha

Hi,
I have installed WP Slug Translate Plugin to translate students question title from arabic to english. However, when the question is submitted, the page reloads to a blank page while the question is already submitted and the slug not translated! when the student goes to the question list, he will find the question there and the slug is translated!
Note: I had same issue before but you fixed it for me, now I installed Google reCaptcha and got the same error!
