Blog Improvement (DW Focus Theme)

Design Wall:

My site is one dedicated film news, reviews, lists, etc. (www.cinemaflair.com) and I want to improve my site and theme to make it stand out, be as professional as possible, and look relatively unique, but I could use some outside help. Is there anyone here that I could pay for his/her services? Or could you give me some advice as to where to go for help?
