Where can I download previous version of DW Question Answer

After the upgrade to 1.4.1 I have a blank DW Question Answer page. I use dw time line pro theme, I can see the header, but every thing below is white.

Any link so I can switch back to previous version.

For your situation, you can provide us your website url, so we can have a look at it and figure out why it happen then. Glad.
