Can someone help me transfer my file to my server and instal theme to WP please...

Hello,
I just bought DW focus theme, downloaded the file but I cant transfer the quick instal file to my server.. I do have the localhost ID/IP.. username and password. Please I need help so transfer and also instal the theme to wordpress. My cell number 202 390 5320 .. I have a deadline to build my site. Time is not on my side. Please please please… DW admin and support help me urgently. Otherwise I already love the theme because it has all features and plugins I need.

Yes I saw that and when I try to build my site this message “
Error establishing a database connection” comes to the screen
