Cannot able to upgrade

Hello,
Currently I am using dw question & answer v: 1.4.3.2 but i would like to upgrade to the latest version where I see the question accroding to the categories at the top right corner. But the problem is when i click the upgrade button it does nothing. Please suggest me.
