Cannot Get Q & A to show up after adding Shortcode to Question & Ask A QUestions (Submit) Pages

All I See is the Shortcode imbedded in those two created pages….Nothing else will show up…ecept the code. I save permalinks…I’ve reloaded the page…I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it…But I STILL Keep getting JUST Shortcode to show up on those two pages. I added the code link in the Instructions…To the Videual Section of the WP Default Editor….Still Nothing Displays except the Actual SHortcode that I added for the 2 pages…Whats going on…NEed to fix this ASAP for a client. Thanks In Advance.
