can't set Index page into dwkb

Dears,

i just configured DW Knowledge base on my local website for out dept.
but when i try to set the index page into DWKB it’s not appear in the drop down option.
note that i have create a new page and set the permalink.

please your kind support as well.

You can add the following shortcode to the page:
[dwkb]
If you still face their issue, please send me username & password of your site for further checking.
