Change name of post type for translation

Hi, how can I change the name of the post type from “Dwqa-Answer” to some other language?

Please let me know the position that you want to change the following String “Dwqa-Answer“.

This seems to be the post type, so it is shown in search like here:

Also in wp it shows “Answer” and “Question” here:

Yes, you can not change the post type name.

No chanse to make this a lang file and be able to “translate” it?
